Scholarships for Cabot Seniors

March 11, 2015

March 11, 2015

More than 600 people filled the Junior High North cafeteria Tuesday evening for the Cabot Scholarship Foundation Twentieth Anniversary 'Roast & Toast' Banquet.

The event recognized over 100 Cabot High School seniors who received scholarships from the Cabot Scholarship Foundation. The scholarships given would not be possible without the overwhelming support from the Cabot community and Cabot School District. HERE is a list of all the scholarships awarded.

The night was also a celebration for a long time supporter and contributor to the school district. Mr. Gene Crouch taught and coached in Cabot for many years and served as the night's roastee

Three of Mr. Crouch's dear friends, Coach Ken Hatfield, James Handley, and Coach Mike Malham, roasted him with stories of times they shared together. Some stories were fictional and some were the truth, however, the night was filled with laughter and celebration as many were honored!
