Lady Panthers 7A State Meet Runner-Up, Lexi Weeks Breaks Own Record

The Lady Panthers finished the 7A State Track Meet as State Runner-Up. The meet was held last Thursday in Fayetteville. The competition was tough as the Lady Panthers came up just short of winning the team title. Bentonville held them off 141.5 to 141.

Several Lady Panthers had an amazing meet. Lexi Weeks cleared 14 feet in the Pole Vault to break her own state record of 13.65. Lexi also won the Long Jump and the 100 Meter Hurdles.

Tori Weeks took home first place in the Triple Jump, 300 Meter Hurdles and finished second in the Pole Vault with a jump of 13.08.

Micah Huckabee also finished strong winning the 1600 Meter Run and the 3200 Meter Run.
