2026-2027 Pre-K Applications Available Online Feb. 27

Cabot Pre-K is excited to announce that NEW this year, applications for the 2026–2027 Pre-K school year will be completed entirely ONLINE and will open Friday, February 27, 2026, at 9:00 a.m.

The online application link will be available on the Cabot School District website at www.cabotschools.org.


New Online Application Process

Applications will be submitted online, and families will be able to upload all required documents electronically. As part of this new process, there will be no in-person Pre-K Round-Up, meetings, or packets.

Once an online application is submitted, families will receive an email with additional information and next steps. This updated process is designed to be simple, easy, and more convenient for our Panther families.


Cabot Pre-K Locations

Cabot Pre-K is housed in two brand new state-of-the-art facilities:

Cabot Pre-K North – 1348 W. Main St., Austin

Cabot Pre-K South – 25 Panther Trail, Cabot

These modern facilities are designed to provide an engaging and supportive learning environment for our youngest Panthers.


Who Is Eligible?

All district children who turn 4 on or before August 1, 2026 are eligible to apply.

Important Information About Cabot Pre-K

  • Completing an online application does not guarantee a Pre-K placement.
  • All applications will be reviewed, verified, and processed before placement decisions are made.
  • Cabot Pre-K is an income-based program, and a sliding scale is used to determine eligibility for grant or tuition assistance.
