Welcome to Cabot High School. What a privilege it is to be able to serve our district as principal at CHS! While this is my first year as principal, I have been fortunate to be a part of the CHS administration since 2019. This is not only an exciting time for myself but also for our teachers, staff, and, most importantly, our students.

Serving over 2,300 students, CHS’s enrollment ranks in the Top THREE statewide. Our motto, “Graduation Happens Here” and our Next Step program is our blueprint in preparing our students for an ever-changing society after high school. CHS offers a variety of programs, classes, clubs and extracurricular activities that enables ALL of our students to be included and provides challenges for students to reach their fullest potential. With the guidance and active collaboration of our outstanding teachers, staff, and counselors, our students begin preparing for “life after high school” the moment they walk onto campus. Whether it’s college, vocational, military, or the workforce, we ensure they have a plan for the future when they walk across the stage at graduation.

While CHS is one of the top high schools in Arkansas, our success would not be possible without the support from parents and our community. Cabot, Ward, Austin and the surrounding areas provide an exceptional place to raise a family. Our community and its leaders partner with CHS to provide training, jobs and other resources for our students. This partnership enables our students to grow both academically and socially. Additionally, our School Board and district administration work tirelessly in providing the best educational experience for all of our students.

As a new school year approaches, our CHS staff is excited and committed to an outstanding year. We are committed to building on our past success while also exploring new ideas and approaches to help our students succeed and reach their fullest potential.
