Fall Parent-Teacher Conferences Set for One Day Only – October 16, 2025

October 7, 2025

This year, Parent-Teacher Conferences will look a little different!

Please note that conferences will be held on a single day this year - Thursday, October 16th, from 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., rather than over two days as in the past.

There will be no school for students that day (Thursday, October 16) to allow teachers to meet with parents throughout the afternoon and evening.

There is also no school on Friday, October 17th.

Pre-K - 6th Parent/Teacher Conferences:
Pre-K - 6th grade parents will schedule an appointment time with their student’s teacher. Appointment times will be available from 12:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. Please arrive on time.

If you prefer a virtual meeting or phone call parent/teacher conference, please notify your teacher accordingly. You will still need to schedule an appointment time.

7th-12th Parent/Teacher Conferences:
Parents are welcome to attend at any time during the conference window.

If you prefer a virtual meeting or phone call for your parent/teacher conference, please notify your teacher and work cooperatively to find a time.

By the end of 8th grade, all Cabot students will have created a Student Success Plan stored in their Google Drive. These are student-created and student-maintained with assistance from teachers, counselors and other school staff. School Counselors are available during Parent/Teacher Conferences if you have questions about your student's progress toward graduation or any other concern.

Cabot Panther Academy:
Advisors have sent home forms to schedule face-to-face students requiring a conference. Emails have also been sent to the families of digital students who need a conference. Please, reach out to your child’s advisor if you have questions.

Report Cards:
K-4 report cards will be provided to you at your scheduled conference on Oct. 16th.

5-12 report cards will be posted in HAC by the end of the day on Thursday, October 16. Parents, if you would like a printed report card, please contact your school counseling center. If your student attends Cabot Panther Academy, please contact your registrar.

If a CHS parent or student would like a printed report card, please contact the Student Success Center.

Once again, students will not have school on Thursday, October 16th or Friday, October 17th.
